My water heater shit the bed. Mike came to my house by in the evening just a couple hours after a call (non-emergent). He made a quick assessment and made a reasonable quote. All of that was free so far. They came back the next morning, uninstalled and hauled my old heater, went and got a new heater, installed it and informed me of what had been done.
