Inadequacy from the office staff up...Didn't give proper forms for requesting previous records for a special needs child, upon new patient intake. Boastful about practicing in the area for 30 years, but still cant understand the Dr through the thick accent, sarcastic demeanor and weird facial expressions... Very nice dr with great employees. My daughter is autistic and deaf, so naturally parents have to choose a good dr. I did. Feeling safe is key.
