I agree, wholeheartedly with all of the bad reviews about the office staff at Suncoast pain management. I was speaking to a friendly person in this office about my appointment with Dr. Chen and when she put me on hold another person named Renee picked up and asked if I was Shannon to which I said no, and she said well you don’t have to get an attitude!, Which was extremely rude.!
