Excellent guest service. Very friendly.
Bait and switch on the resort fee. They know it, but smitk about it when challenged. If you book through a third party site beware you will get scammed for resort fee at checkin. Did have a nice dinner ....
Beds are hard with only a sheet and a thin blanket. I got cold at night. Toilets are very low to the floor. Housekeeping serviced once in three days after we left the Do Not Disturb on the door until about 11 a.m.. No coffee in the room. Bare minimum. Will not return.
Epic fail by Suncoast on Sunday for the US/Canada Olympic hockey game where they had on soccer and car racing at the sportsbook. Small TV on with the game but sound was on the soccer game. NO one there to correct it with a ton of people getting up at 530 and going down there to watch. One person finally tracked down someone who didn’t have ‘authority’ to change it.
We live about a ten minute drive from the Suncoast, but location is not the reason we go there. The staff is the best. They treat you like it's your home, they're just there if you need something. We received a comp for Du Par's the other morning and the food was wonderful, the best breakfast steak I ever had. Thanks to Emma, Ashley, Coco, Tracey, Anthony, Kim, Joey and Grace.
