My Mother, Janet was only in your care for a little more than 48 hours but I am not sure I will ever be able to adequately express how thankful we are to ALL of you for the care & comfort you gave her. No hot water in the shower and would not move my husband to another room inspite of the fact we were told it was the only room with that issue. They were other rooms available to move him to. Most of the staff were wonderful but his regular nurse was off work and the other nurse taking care of his patients was very rude. She told him he had to leave that he was not eligible to stay since he could bathe himself. They had prescribed him colace and he didn't not have constipation issues!
