They marked my mom as deceased, admitted they did it because of new computer system and everything was backwards from what they were used too! Then they denied it when we tried to get help from them to fix the problem. My mom was very much alive with social security cutoff no medicaid or medicare! Horrible!!!! We thought we fixed the problem.after a year and then another condolence letter came. Finally called Charlie Christ’s office and they fixed it fast! This is not the only problem we had! My wife passed away today under hospice care. I want to thank all the hospice care team for caring and helping my wife. She was never in any pain and was kept comfortable the whole time. You are truly God's angels! Thank you again God bless all of you.
