Saw Dr Papper back in 2023. Did a number of tests and an upper GI. Didn't give me my results, when asked, was told I needed to make another appointment. Was then told I needed to make a payment before I could see the Dr. (I was paid fully). Then I received a letter by mail telling me to have my medical records transferred to another doctor. Very unprofessional office and Dr that does not care about patients.
Absolutely useless on the phone. No help at all and rude. Called the next doctor, no problem at all. I can see why their rating is so low. Don't waste your time.
I am a patient of Dr. Caire, and I am so incredibly impressed with his thoroughness and friendliness. It’s been a while since have had a G.I. specialist who is this competent and friendly. I highly recommend him.
It has been a month since my husband's Endo and colonoscopy and still no treatment from from Dr. Papper. Took an entire week to receive a call back from multiple messages and got no where. Very unprofessional and unkind nurses to their patients. One month out and no answers from the provider.
