My appointment was with Jamie Robert’s. She was very patient and listened to all my concerns before proceeding with her test recommendation. I would definitely ask the front desk for your lab orders just to make your future appointments less confusing. I looked at the star rating after visiting and was shocked at the reviews, because this was not my experience. I will say the office within the building was difficult to find, otherwise I had a great experience so far.

If I could give them a minus zero star I would. They are unprofessional, rude and misinformed about insurance coverage. The do not follow up with patients and do not offer any results or follow up actions. I wished I had read the reviews before going there and wasting my time.

Saw Dr Papper back in 2023. Did a number of tests and an upper GI. Didn't give me my results, when asked, was told I needed to make another appointment. Was then told I needed to make a payment before I could see the Dr. (I was paid fully). Then I received a letter by mail telling me to have my medical records transferred to another doctor. Very unprofessional office and Dr that does not care about patients.
