I've been a client for 10+ years. I rate the staff at this location a 5+. They have always been professional and compassionate with me from welcoming me when I arrive to an appointment to taking care of billing concerns, to the actual treatment by the dentists and hygienists. They genuinely care about their clients. I did not like my experience! I waited a hour and 20 min to be seen and my teeth cleaning was fast and rough . Had drool coming down my chin no bib no flossing after my cleaning . Mind you have been coming to this place over 5 years and this experience was by far the worst . Was given antibiotics for an abscess for the second time instead of handling the situation. Appointment Date: 10/24/2025 Horrible!! My dentist left, sometime in the last 6 months. Only even with reminder phone calls no one told me. I drove for over an hour, only to find out he quit. When I asked why I wasn't told before I got there, "His contract says that we don't have to tell you where he went." His contract, what about my patient rights? Shouldn't this be covered in HIPPA? Great place to get you're teeth done whatever you need they can take care of you no problem, Steffani up front is always a big help and super friendly. They definitely know how to put a smile on you're face wink wink so go check them out if you haven't already!!! 💯
I'm not the kind of person who likes to leave bad reviews, but what happened to me was unacceptable! I have been a patient at Westwind dental for a while now, & have previously given them good reviews! However yesterday I had a terrible experience! They have a new office manager who is very rude, & unprofessional! As well as a new front office person!
