Incredible service experience with Tami. If I could give a 10 start review I would. From start to finish she communicated with me and was diligent to make sure my disabled son's modified vehicle was perfect, as well as worked with the the warranty I had purchased. She made a very stressful experience seamless. I am truly grateful.
Seniors- be very careful taking our vehicle into the Suncoast service department. I took my 2012 Town & Country into Suncoast with two specific issues. Turns out they could not replicate either problem, but were quick to tell me I needed over $1K in other services. I was told by the service manager, Ryan Carmody, that they did not have the proper analytics equipment because my vehicle was so old. I've dealt with both sales and service here. The sales people are great but the prices are not the best you'll find in my limited experience. The service team is excellent from the moment you walk in. Mike Murphy is the best service advisor I've encountered.
I bought a used Jeep Wrangler from Tony. Tony really listens and doesn't push anything on you. Tony also went out of his way to connect my phone to the sound system, replace a wheelcap, as well as providing me with a copy of my own insurance cards when he knew I had no copy. I did end up having some mechanical problems with the Jeep (10 years old), but all repairs (and there were a bunch) were made at ZERO cost to me.
