Thank you for your reply, but your response does not reflect my actual experience. At no point during the purchase process was I informed of any 2-year suspension warranty. The service department never mentioned a warranty, coverage, or that any of the concerns could potentially be repaired at no cost. Everything you are now stating publicly was never communicated to me in person. Additionally, I was asked for payment for a diagnostic fee before the truck was even looked at. I bought my jeep here in August of 2024. The jeep is great, but the service department at this particular dealership is the absolute worst. So far out of the 3 times I've brought my jeep in, nothing has gone smoothly or on time. But today I'm currently in the service department waiting on my jeep that I was told 2x would be ready at 9:30am which i stressed as i have to drive to Orlando today. They had our vehicle for nearly 8 months. It went in for simple maintenance then ended up needing a whole new engine. Had to take it to another mechanic afterwards because they put inferior parts, and damaged other parts they didn’t even work on. Supposedly they lost one of our key fobs and still haven’t given it back. This job was a horrible back and forth experience that cost nearly $20,000. The people here are very rude. Service is horrible. I asked about my vehicle in Service got a very rude response from the lady in cashier area. Very hesitant on bringing it back. The Service sales guy made a comment he likes to see his vehicles back every couple months not after a few days????
