Jorge manages rentals in the 5401 Collins building including a unit which was flooded by their toilet on Mar 12 and leaked down into my unit damaging the ceiling of my master bathroom which needs repair/replacement. Jorge needs to provide the contractor's name but refuses to do so since Apr 9. I also asked for his assistant to coordinate the repair of my ceiling and he fails to respond to that request.
