My sister and niece are visiting and we all had pedicures today. Everyone did a great job and it was relaxing and fun experience! The staff here is very friendly!

Nails done horribly. Went back the old woman fixed the messed up gel polish that didn’t dry even though we put it under the light at least 3 times. They still look a mess! Never going back!
I stopped in for a quick brow wax. I don’t have anything to say regarding their nail services, since this was the first time I’ve gone in. Yes, it was nice that they were open on a Sunday. However, they should have assigned someone a bit more qualified/with the eyes for detail for my brow wax. An older woman with short hair waxed my brows, and she nearly took it all off. I love the staff so friendly. My favorite lady knows my name and will stop to talk to me in public ... little touches like that mean alot.
I am usually quite satisfied with the service I receive as I only get 3 pedicures a year. I was definitely not happy with the service I had today. it was busy and I was ok with the long wait as it was expected but I was very disappointed in the actual pedicure. it was very rushed and didn't accomplish anything. I still have the dry, rough skin on the sides and heels of both feet. The polish job had a lot to be desired as well.
