My wife and I have been living in a condo managed by SunCastle for 2 years now and it has been our best rental/landlord experience by far! They are friendly, kind, and very easy to work with! We have had nothing but a great experience with SunCastles so far. We saw a property listing and sent out a message to them through a 3rd party listing site. It can be hit or miss sometimes wether you even get a response when searching for a home on there. Lauren with SunCastles responded the same day to my questions and was very nice. We were able to get in to see the unit the next day and we loved it. In these current times it can be hard trying to show homes when we also all need to worry about social distancing. I lived in a property managed by SunCastles for almost 2 years and they were great! Lauren and Janet always responded quickly to any maintenance requests, neither myself or my roommate ever had any issues with our rent payments not being tracked or being charged more than once, and they were just in general always very prompt and helpful any time we needed something. I would NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY I WAS ASSURED I WAS GETTING MY DEPOSIT BACK HAVE ALL PROOF FROM LAUREN AND UPGRADED THE HOUSE WHEN I LIVED THERE FOR 3 YEARS TILED THE HOUSE LEFT THE HOUSE IN IMMACULATE CONDITION READY FOR NEXT TENEAT AS SOON AS I GAVE THEM THE KEY STATED I WOULD HAVE MY DEPOSIT IN TWO WEEKS AND THAT WAS IN DECEMBER I'M STILL WAITING. JUST A BUNCH OF LIARS.
