Outstanding, first time here, place was clean, staff friendly, I cut myself on a box cutter and they were able to give me stiches and have me on my way within 1 hour. Hope not to have to use you again to soon, but I am glad you are there. Also my CO-pay was only 50, not 150 if I went to the ER.
I woke up today realizing I had an infection, I went to Urgent care, the Doctor was great and I was in and out of there in 20 minutes thank you Urgent Care!
Nice Urgentcare, I was seen for cough and other sinus issues. I was in and out within 1 hour. That is great. That was was first time there, I did return 2 weeks later with my kids for same thing, different staff but same fastness. It was a Sunday so I am glad they are there, ER sucks on the weekend.
First time here, I was alittle afraid due to the reviews below, but it was a Saturday and I did not want to go to the ER. I was impressed. Very clean, staff was professional and I felt like the Nurse Practioner took time with me. Only 4 stars because there was alittle wait, but I guess less than ER. I will use this clinic again. I also reveiced a phone call a few days later to see how everything was, that is almost unheard of these days. Thank you for serving Marengo area we need this!
Do not go here! I have never been treated so nasty in my entire life. It makes you think what kind of grades did the nurse practitioner get to land a fancy job working the Saturday shift at a dead Urgent Care. You will get better service going to the CVS across the street. Terrible!
I am always in and out, with the best treatment and diagnosis. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Even though there are Nurse Practitioners there , they still know what they are doing. Nurse Practitioners are VERY WELL EDUCATED, still spending many years (6+) in college just as a doctor, so I'm not sure why anyone would say otherwise. And just a tip: if you have a virus antibiotics will not work even if they gave them to you! Viruses have to work their way out of you system and are not cured by any meds.
I will never go here again! Awful Urgent Care. All they have here are Nurse Practitioner who tells you, you are not really sick and it's just a virus and they send you home with nothing. They do not give you any antibiotics. I ended up having pneumonia and they did nothing for me. They said I had a virus and 2 days later I am in the hospital with pneumonia. Like I said, don't bother going here.
Don't waste your time or copay here. All they have there are Nurse Practitioners who are not educated. They will not give you any medicine here. You are better off to go somewhere else.
This place is Horrible! Do not waste your time or money. Go somewhere else. All they have there are Nurse Practitioners there who ARE NOT doctors and they will let you die before they will give you an antibiotic. They take your co pay and tell you you have a virus and send you home with nothing. Go somewhere else. Then when you are still sick 2 days later they make you pay another co pay if you even decide to come back there and Maybe then they might give you something.
