Sunburst Storage and American Moving & Storage have earned my business for life! Ricky is super friendly and accommodating. He got my job scheduled quickly and affordably. Chad, who works at the storage facility is readily available, kind, and easy to work with. The two gentlemen,Tevin and Daniel, who moved our furniture were the highest caliber of professionalism. This facility is clean and secure. But I would NOT recommend them. I hurt my back and was unable to work three months. He would not even allow me to get out my family pics and auctioned them and my stuff.
This place is great! The owners are wonderful! I have only 1 complaint and to me it's kinda important. It gates with a code but there's a section of the fence missing. It makes me feel unsafe if I have to go there at night by myself. Outside of that I highly recommend!
The crew that came out today, very respectful, very determined to get the job done. Thank you.
