We just had Leonard replace an old acrylic dome with a new Velux glass skylight and were so impressed by the results and the quality of his work that we had him come back to put in 3 skytubes. We'd gotten a bid for the flat skylight from another skylight firm that was 50% more and a much longer wait time. So price and timing were perfect. And his crew was so thorough, thoughtful and clean. They totally sealed up their work area as they went - we didn't even have to vacuum afterwards. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.
What started as a DIY project shifted to seeking skylight pros for assistance. When Leonard at Sunburst assessed my situation, he quickly pointed out that the lights I purchased were too small. I will be 100% Honest.. the first time I had an appointment set up no one showed. I finally called to see what was going on and Leonard called me back soon after.. apologizing for the mishap.. it was all good.. We made another appointment and he was here Right On The Dot! Leonard and the team did a fantastic job at our home. Leonard came to visit our home twice before the work and his team were extremely quick and professional during installation. Price was fair and I would definitely use them again
Leonard responded quickly, came out and gave an accurate quote and provided guidance on options and placement of skylights. The install was completed in one day and the team worked to protect and keep my house and furniture clean. I love my new skylights and the flood of natural light.
