History Established in 1969. The teachings of Self-realization that Sunburst offers are based upon the universal lineage of Paramahansa Yogananda and his direct disciple, founder Norman Paulsen, as well as the living guidance of the Christ consciousness Jesus exemplifies unceasingly. These great souls are active in these teachings today, as are many others from the living presence of I Am That I Am.

I love Sunburst, I've always said its like my second home as soon as I enter the gates! I've been to 4 retreats and Sunday Service many times! The friends are lovely, Teachings of the Spirit great and food and grounds amazing! I'm looking forward to my next retreat in March!
I absolutely loved spending the beginning of my new year here with this loving and kind community in 2015. I enjoyed the meditations and yoga and food and all the people I met. I have been back up for meditation on Sunday and want to bring more friends to Sunburst. I feel "at home" there and love the energy as well.
Thank you so much for the amazing retreat and meditation. For the love and kindness. For the smiles and peace. For the delicious vegetarian food. It was the best way to start 2016. Thank you again!!! Barbara, Patty, Valery and everybody else that was there bringing the light and the love to us.
