The teachings of Self-realization that Sunburst offers are based upon the universal lineage of Paramahansa Yogananda and his direct disciple, founder Norman Paulsen, as well as the living guidance of the Christ consciousness Jesus exemplifies unceasingly. These great souls are active in these teachings today, as are many others from the living presence of I Am That I Am.

I have visited many times over the past 25 years. There has always been a feeling of peace and joy. Norm was a good friend to me, and he will always be remembered as an iconic spiritual leader. The meditations and music are soothing to the soul and promote spiritual awakening.

Written on 10/29/16 during my experience at a Sunburst retreat. Here I am at Sunburst, a real jem. I feel home; heaven on earth is here today! I am feeling much gratitude to all those who give to this community and offer their work up to the highest. The nature around is serene, calm, grounding, pure and simple. Many of the things I learned about during my 16 years in the early community- are showing up in other places. I am watching an Ancient Aliens episode called Alien Messages. They showed the Cosmogonic Diagram that I first encountered at Sunburst. They also call it a diagram of the New Jerusalem
This is just one of these totally magical places on this planet, and what a group of spiritual souls there! The Sunday morning meditation and brunch was a deeply touching experience and the brunch lovely. Thank you so much!
