Sunburst and Joelene went way above my expectations. Excellent company.
In 2011Sunburst managed my first rental. Since then, They have assisted with the locating and purchase of four additional rental properties and are a essential source of information to match contractors for repairs.
Very unprofessional and crooked. Took an attorney and 6 months after moving out to get back my deposit AND last months rent. Joelene played games and was vindictive toward me after knowingly renting me a home with severe plumbing problems and other issues.
Joelene managed my rental property in Venice for 10 years and always found reliable great tenants! She is an excellent communicator and puts her clients first. Whenever there was a home repair needed, she alerted me ASAP and has a reliable and fair cadre of handymen and “Go To” fix it vendors. When it was time to sell the Venetian Villa, Joelene walked me through the process and transfer to the new home owner. She worked hard and obtained the best price! House on lake was wonderful.really enjoyed staying there. Joelene was great. If there was a problem she got it taken care of it right away. Lovely home with lots of extras. Loved the lake view. Stayed on the lanai every night watching sun go down.
