Joelene has been managing my properties for me and has done an excellent job. As a landlord, its hard to find a good management company so Im passing this along to you.
RENTER BEWARE! I had to cancel my reservation because of work reasons. Gave Joelene a 167 day notice and she still would not get my $500 deposit back even though their cancellation notice said 90 days on one page and no refund on another. Make sure you read every line. So unfair to keep a deposit and still re rent the property!
Joelene and her team are the very best. They helped find me the perfect tenant and keep me updated. They have an electronic banking system that comes monthly and always ask for permission with quotes before making repairs. This is a good property management firm.
This Property Management company is all about the money. They will do their best and suceed at retaining your earnest money deposit. They do not do their work at providing service to their tenants (inspecting property, securing property, providing receipts for claimed expenses, etc). If you want a respectable service, look for another company.
