In the guest parking area, there are "no overnight guest parking" signs but there's no time on them, so until there is, yes there is overnight guest parking. Everyone's definition of overnight is different. It has to be defined. Take a pic of the sign before you park for proof there was no time on it when you parked there, save the angry note from the mgr that you will find on your car, and take that to court when you sue them for towing and storage of your car.
Let's be clear I'm not here to pat anyone in the back for doing what they're supposed to be doing I'm here to expose people that are doing something that they are not supposed to be doing the manager of this facility named Kevin is a very rude hostile and unpleasant individual this is not just my opinion but the general consensus as every tenant that I spoke to in this mobile home park feels the same way. in this video that I have included you'll see his co-manager and her husband being very rude and disrespectful and hostil... read more
