I don’t even know where to start, I’ve had issues with virtually everything they installed in the backyard... turf, irrigation drip, and now finally low voltage lighting. I had a light stop working this evening, when I pulled up the wiring, I found the connections to have been made with just regular wire nuts, not insulated weather packs to keep out the moisture and dirt. Failed to mention that there is a correlation between crushed rubber turf fill and cancer. Only care about your money.
Sunburst did a lot of work ($$) in my yard, much of it is very good, but honestly I am very unhappy where the patio pavers meet the yard and the way the mortar protrudes into the yard. It's not only ugly looking, I believe it to be a trip hazard. I am now told 'it has to be that way to hold the outer edge of pavers in place???? I think the sales rep or the crew should have informed me ahead of time that the yard would be needed to have some filler dirt to make it level with the patio.
