I want to be clear that this review is for Sunbug's service & support as we were satisfied with the original installation in October 2019. The service and support is frustrating. In October 2022, I noted one of the panels in our installation was no longer producing power. Sunbug damaged my roof and won't pay for the repairs. Their installers drilled holes through my roof and caused a roof leak. Sunbug admitted that they were at fault, but won't pay for the damage they caused. Very unprofessional.

They were very reasonably priced and extremely professional to work with at all times. Unlike some others, they were honest about the timeframe from start to finish, which was about 5 months, but they delivered exactly on time. I compare this to a family member where the process took 1.5 years! The panels look great and are producing the solar power they estimated. On top of it all,... read more
