The interior of the apartment was nicely renovated and looked great overall. However, the unit had a strong lingering smell of cigarette smoke from the previous tenant, and the air conditioner was extremely dirty, which made the air quality poor. I like living at Trails of Sunbrook Apartments — the units are spacious and comfortable. The only downside is that there’s usually someone playing basketball outside almost every night, so if you prefer a quieter environment, this might not be the best fit. Maintenance can also be a bit slow at times, but overall it’s a nice place to live.
