The communication there is awful. They don’t tell you really anything about the client they give you. Everyone there is rude and doesn’t notify you of changes at all. They can’t keep workers because people don’t get raises or holiday pay or sick leave. They don’t appreciate the workers at all.
After the nurse supervisor didn't call or show up for a scheduled visit, I called and reported it. Instead of being professional about the situation, I was asked if I have ever made mistakes. I was asked why I waited until an hour past the appointment time to call. Why didn't I call when she was 5 or 15 minutes late. What if she had been in an accident, etc. I didn't know it was my job to keep up with their employees. I left my house to run necessary errands that couldn't wait. No call and no show? Absolutely unacceptable!!
I worked for them for a few months I enjoyed the time with the clients never any payroll issues but when medicaid cut there funding we were all out of work they did help get a job with a different agency
