Great apartments!!
This is the worst place ever please do not move here. I wish I could give them a zero first of all every single day, high school boys like expect them to smoke weed seven in the morning it’s really unnecessary and annoying. Sunblossom doesn’t really do anything about it. Security really poor. The kids here are really mean they vandalize stuff and don’t forget this dog poop is everywhere. Please do not come here and there’s a lot of crime and they don’t do anything about it. Really bad security don’t come.
Lived here for 5 years and they had the audacity to keep my $700 deposit and on top of it want to charge me an additional $400 for “damages”. Normal wear and tear btw. The apartment was left clean and no trash inside yet they charged me for every little thing. The leasing office tried to make me stay for two more months despite me giving my move out notice 60 days before. I had to fight with her to let me leave.
