One of the crazy and bad experience I have had with this Sunbelt rentals! There are two guys in office, They are very rude and unprofessional… the guy outside who’s supposed to guide you help you, they not even look at you… not recommended!
Staff was awesome, staff was short all out on jobs but things still ran smoothly. Delivery was early and client was happy
The staff are always friendly and helpful. They go outta there way to make sure we get taken care of in a timely manner. There equipment is always well maintained as well , something I cannot say about certain other rental facilities. Great organization. Highly recommend.
Overall, it was fine. Got the load through a brokerage to haul mats from Charlotte NC to Spartinburg. Load didn't pay great, but it got me started for the week. Walked in this branch to get paperwork signed for the load. The two gentlemen in the office on the far right-hand side of the haul was who I needed to see. The younger gentleman named Michael was very professional. I asked him if everything they did with trucking went through a broker?
