Went to this location today. Needed a trailer and scissor lift for maybe 3 hours. It took them over 45 mins to get me loaded. I’m an electrician on a time crunch(they knew that) they took 100 dollars off. GREAT! Thank you but I ended up only needed it for an hour. I had it back and they told me the 1 hour was 300 and sorry about my luck. It’s insane I paid 300 dollars for 1 hour of rental.
They usually have what we need, but turnaround times on specialty equipment can drag. Works fine if you plan ahead.
Customer service is top notch.
