More positioned to deal with industrial customers than residential/consumer, but courteous and prompt service by the staff there. Easy to do business with! Would recommend calling ahead to make reservations/appointments, as the staff may not be there to meet you unless you call ahead!
Needed a heating solution for my tenants ASAP. Minutes before closing time, I walked in and talked to Joe and showed him a picture of the plug and he had the team rewire a plug to some heaters they had. They stayed late to do it. Both the tech and Joe were empathetic, hustled and I was on my way. The definition of 5 Star!
