This behaviour is not acceptable from a big company like Sunbelt. They are acting like scammers. The price you see on the website is not the price they charge. You should pay more than %30 as mandatory protection plan. At the same time they are charging you a big amount of deposit and asking for your license and locking your credit card. If the protection plan fee is mandatory, they should add it to the price at the first place.
