Can’t say enough good things about management and the staff working in this store. They took care me late on a Friday, stay past closing hour, and swapped my rental equipment no questions asked. Very happy with the level of customer service and professionalism. Definitely will go out of my way to rent from this location again!
Jenn Massa is probably one of the worst people to talk to at this branch. He had no patience for the situation and refused to communicate with me. Walked off like a mad toddler that didn’t get his way.
Jenn Massa had horrible customer service. Was not willing to communicate what was needed to get the rental and just walked off in mid conversation. Will not be renting from here !
I went to rent a bulldozer from sunbelt and when I got there they were trying to set me up with this! Will not recommend talking to Jenn massa
Quick pick up. Only downfall, I didn’t ask for the $9.95 protection plan and they added it on. Not a big deal, I just rented a pallet jack to move 4 pallets. Didn’t really need a protection plan
