Quick pick up. Only downfall, I didn’t ask for the $9.95 protection plan and they added it on. Not a big deal, I just rented a pallet jack to move 4 pallets. Didn’t really need a protection plan
The best customer service that I received in awhile in this industry. I came in for a rental 655am and Arcel, Justin, Nate and the manager Kenn took care of me as soon as I walked in.. thank you Sunbelt 💪💪

They opened the gates at 7:14 Waiting for them to bring the equipment 2 guys just walking around 1 drinking coffee looks at me and sips some more. The other one helped another customer and just walked off. Been here for more than 20 mins waiting to be loaded. I had to call the guy at desk and hetis going to get the equipment. While the yard guys just chit chatting
Nobody ever knows anything at this Place, try picking up something that was shipping out. Took me 2 tries. Come on, guys, we can do better than that.
