Equipment rented dis not work
I recently rented a brush cutter from Sunbelt Rentals and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The first brush cutter we received had a dull blade and wasn’t performing as needed. We reached out to the manager, and they promptly delivered a replacement the very next day with a sharp blade—no hassle at all. Delivery was fast and convenient, and the equipment worked perfectly once replaced. I’ve called multiple times to get information and I had a gentleman by the name of Brett help me with an aerator and a dethach machine. This man is one of the best professionals I’ve ever come in contact with. He is polite, patient, professional, and knowledgeable and is the epitome of customer service. If I was the owner of Sunbelt rental, I would clone him. That’s how good he is and he is certainly Worthy of a raise. Excellent machines at reasonable rates. Personnel are friendly and helpful as well.
