Dear Sunbelt Rentals Corporate Customer Care, I am extremely frustrated with my experience picking up my Bobcat with Harley rake rental. I drove approximately one hour through terrible Miami traffic, only to arrive and be asked, “Where is your trailer?” At no point during my online reservation was it made clear that I was required to provide my own trailer.
