Pretty bad customer service over the phone. Not very helpful. They don't seem to have any specialized knowledge so don't call them looking for advice on the machines you're looking to rent.
Not so great, I rented a Hilti jackhammer and when I got to the job site it turns out that the cable was loose and we constantly had to fiddle with the cable in order to make it work. Unfortunately, the clerk did not check if the machine was workingand when I got back driving 30 minutes in Miami traffic they gave me a $15 discount Sunbelt rental charges top price. You might certainly expect that they maintain the equipment a little bit better.
