Excellent service! We rented some equipment for a job and then had a little glitch with it in the middle of the night; within an hour they had someone onsite to repair it, quickly, and we were back to work. Yes, it was a minor setback, but overall they were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend using them. We've used them for years but this was the first time we had a need for middle of the night service, so thus the review for impressive service. My experience with Sunbelt Rentals was incredibly frustrating. The staff was unprofessional and seemed completely uninterested in helping. On top of that, the service was slow, and lied about having the equipment I needed, and instead of being upfront, they pretended to search for it without ever actually checking their inventory. Also charging my card (they refunded it). You’d be better off finding another rental place.
