They were 2.5 hours late for drop off delivery as they promised. Then they showed up without an attachment. We had to drive and pick up the attachment. So when they returned to pickup forklift somehow they dropped off another forklift at my site for another customer. Equipment worked well. Level of service not so much.
Called day prior to reserve jackhammer with spade attachment. They assured me they had it. Went following morning to pick it up. Associate at desk said to pull up to bay 2 and they will load me up and to tell the guy in back the attachments I needed. So I do as he has instructed. Pull to bay 2 and there is the jackhammer with a point and flatbar attachment. I tell the guy I need a spade attachment. He tells me they dont have one.
