My husband owns a small landscaping company and he had a very poor experience this morning. He asked to rent a tool displayed on their website (he had picked the store on Lappans, if you are wondering), but was told by the owner that it wasn't in stock at the Kingston location. He then offered my husband to rent another tool for $60 more than what he initially wanted. Rude service, overall. Avoid going there!!
Unprofessional. They rented a defective lift to contractors working on my home. Didn't remove it when they were supposed to. When they did come to get it the person picking it up obviously didn't know how to drive a truck while towing something and was having issues getting it out, then was heard on the phone saying "screw it I'm just gonna gun it", and proceeded to peel out of my driveway and take half a shrub with him. Not someone who takes any kind of pride in their work or the company name.
Top notch service with top notch competitive prices. They even price matched my order for me. It was great.
Called to rent a boom, and only received attitude over the phone. Unprofessional! You would think being a 1st time customer you would want to get more business, nope! They were very rude and couldn't wait to get off the phone.....neither could I after that. Didn't even ask if any other sizes would work, nothing. Other companies I called in town were totally opposite.
