I have rented a few tools from Sunbelt in Sidney, Victoria, and Langford. The staff has been nothing short of incredible. Specifically, Keith in Sidney, Celeste, and Don in Langford went above and beyond. When something went wrong with the equipment, they were quick to adjust the agreed upon price without even needing to request it. Looking forward to renting from you again!
I rented a man-lift from Sunbelt in December to put up some permanent outdoor lights in time for Christmas. There was an issue with my equipment not being ready when I went to pick it up, and the staff offered to deliver the unit to me rather than having to come back to the store. Unfortunately, the delivery resulted in some minor damage to my property. Have had my chipper serviced here a few times and have rented here before too. I was always shocked with the quick service and cost savings over other companies. Sad that they don't work on chippers anymore though.
Sunbelt was absolutely lovely to deal with. We had some issues come up with our timeline and they were so accommodating about us moving around our scheduled rentals. Fantastic customer service!
