We called sun belt the day prior to confirm if they had a towable boom lift with rotating bucket. They confirmed that they did, and it indeed did not have a rotating bucket when we went to pick it up the next day. Their negligence costs people like ourselves money, as we had to pay for two hours of travel time for an employee to go pick it up to no avail.

Rented a insulation vacuum. Ran into some issues with it starting. Call the 1-800 number and someone got back to me right away and we got it working. Matt, the guy who rented it to me called me on his weekend day off. Great customer service.

Talked to the customer service rep on the phone and got quoted a fair price for an Aerator yard machine. Got to this location close to closing time Matt actually gave me a better deal than the original quote!!! Lorenzo then helped me load the machine into the back of my truck and another employee Anthony (I believe) gave me a few pointers. Thanks a lot guys. will be returning for future tool rentals .

Never on time. They cost a lot and seem to never show up on time. Starting your day at 1130am would be nice. I enjoy paying my guys for down time when our lift is late on top of there huge bills.
