I live in the Stone Ridge Apartments in Birmingham and they are by the worst rental experience I have ever had in my 34 years, it is infested with ants, the heat and the fridge didn't work when I moved in, every water facet or sink has leaked, and to top it off when I provided pictures to the office and asked for upper management to contact me I was ignored. Worst place I have ever lived! This is such a dingy complex, everything inside is Dollar Tree cheap and yet they charge you a fortune to live here. I have never lived at a place that never brought in pest control or change your air filters and yet I never saw them do it here. Everywhere you walk outside there is trash, dog poop, and broken glass. If anything breaks and you call maintenance they will scold you and threaten to charge you, even though you can sneeze too hard and something breaks because everything is so cheap! ... read more
Do not rent at Springlake Apartments in Lee County Ga. Worse experience living there! It’s not safe and the noise levels are intolerable. The office manager is terrible and the place is a dump. Raw trash on the ground under the dumpster. Buildings need to be painted. Holes in the parking lot. And the sketchy people living there. Have fun
Beware of scam. Dalton, GA After getting $45 application fee from each of us they denied us for “poor credit history” when I have a score of 637 and was approved for apartments in Chattanooga where I pay 400 more a month. After they collect the money they tell me they require a 530 credit score which my co applicant does not have.
