Avoid like the plague. Rude, do not return phone calls, very unhelpful, listed on RAYPAK SITE for residential warranty service...they are not. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!
They ripped us off, never answered phone calls, never would show up to the work site. They stole 15k from my pool project. They left the worksite and never finished the job, we had to outsource a different company and ended up paying more than anticipated. They're a Complete fraud!
Worst experience ever. 16 months post contract and still haven't completed our pool.
