Leasing from Sunbelt for almost 2 years now in S.E. Cape Coral. Staff is very friendly & on the ball with maintenance issues. Would recommend without hesitations.

Well managed friendly staff biggest issue is the AC unit cannot keep the back bedroom cool. Thermostat is kept at front of house next to intake for AC so back of house always gets warm. Realty company for our duplex doesn't even provide lawn service so we have to get our own... Also rent went from 1000 to 1100 this year still no lawn care.
