They are the worst! Do not communicate via phone say only portal and I can't get on the portal! Left messages, have texted and even called the main number and yet have not received a CALL BACK!
Cindy is the absolute worst HOA manager and probably person I have ever dealt with. She has caused an entire community to dislike and regret where they live due to her taking the owners hostage.
Do not hire them to manage any hoa or property. They are not responsive to email or phone calls. We have been waiting to over 12 months for our pool to be open. They forget who they actually work for and act like you are an inconvenience. Our comm6is filing a complaint with the State Board on them .
