I had the miss fortune of hiring this company to sell my business. Never in my life have I experienced such lack of professional decorum. I was never represented as the seller by my broker (Sunbelt Business Brokers). Ironically my broker represented the buyer not me. I found it comical that at the signing I was forced to sign a "Indemnification and Hold Harmless Agreement". So now that I want to sue this company I can't. Buyer Beware.
