Literally waited months for house I ending hating was lied to about where my payment was suppose to go surprised people are still working with this company 🥴
I was a resident with Sunbeam for 4.5 years. At first, all was good. The last year at their Yonka property, service went down. It took weeks for maintenance requests to be fulfilled, if at all. I gave a 30 day notice to vacate, and left the property in great condition. I have not received my security deposit back, nor an explanation of why. Mrs. Reese stopped communicating with me. *5/2 Tiara- thank you for your lengthy response. And the personal aspects of some of our relationship. I never begged anything; I asked if you could have some assistance. If our homes under Sunbeam management for 5 years, never were in compliance, whom would that fall on, as people hire property managers for this very reason. *4/23 update Tiara finally responded because of the review, threatening all business communication will be halted, see screenshot picture attached, it should not take a bad review to receive communication after weekssssss of asking. Please see other 4/23 updates: We Hired sunbeam to manage homes, At first everything was great; over the last 18 months it takes months to communicate, Tiara goes weeks without a response.
