I attempted to go to Dr. Sun as a new patient. He refused to listen to my symptoms, which I admittedly had trouble explaining because I did not know why I was having eye pain--only when the eye pain occured. Because I could not explain the problem well, he became very rude and condescending. When I told him that he didn't need to be rude, he told me to leave. When and ran out
Dr. Sun is rude, unwilling to admit mistakes, and uncommunicative. Had an issue with the insurance policy where he was uncooperative and wrong and even if that didn't occur, he didn't tell me beforehand that he was putting dilating drops into my eyes. He even seemed annoyed when I asked what they were.
