I have lived in Sun Valley for many years now and not once have I had problems with management. Then a new manager stepped in. This new manager is very rude, very inconsiderate towards the tenants of this park. I am appalled by the way I have been treated by this woman.
If the Community is so bad to live in, why are you living there? Have you sent written complaint or filled out a written complaint on the Sun Valley Estates complaint forms that are available in the office? Have you called the Corporate Owners? Their number is listed in the office and on the door and if you call and ask for it, they will give it to you. Also you are responding to Posts that are from a year ago and the Manager there now is NOT the manager referred to in the 3/25/2009 posts as she was not brought to the commun... read more
The worst place to live . They never fix there roads maintenance stinks never on time .My neighbor who lives next to me play there music all night are rude liars will call police over anything and never get in trouble for it. I have lived here for about a year and already ready to move out of this dump they also will sell you a junk heap of a trailer ..So if u wanna live here (which i dont recommend ) call an see there crappy trailers and there rude employees .....
