my bathroom stall is in need to be replced i have asked many times with letters and voice still not done my kitchen window is upside down and it dont matter what i do it pops open and the cold air comes in i have plasic on the window which helps a little but still cant get them to fix that either my bathroom smells like mold really bad i wish they would do what you ask i rent my place so whats the deal the roads are bad and there people are rude

I think this place is being run by some one who hasnt got the brains of a dung beetle. She is rude and has no education at all for management. They need to get some one in here and fast that can actually work with the public and no how to treat others with respect. Talk about trash its here. She has no clue of how to handle her self in a professional manner. This place used to be wonderful under the old management. But now a new manager who is incompetent has stepped in. Trust me talk to this lady for 5 mins and you will see the definition of Incompetency.
The roads are terrible ....... my daughter just got home pick up something in her tire, IT WENT FLAT IN LESS THAN 5 MINUTES!!! I dont live in a slum!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will get something done!!!!!!!!!

I have live in Sun Valley Trailer Park for 9 years. Rita and Bob were running the park when we moved in. They were great but like everyone i have seen run the park they had their flaws. It is an ownership issue... they will allow anyone who offers run the park. someone willing to work for cheap. which in turn makes it hard to keep tenants happy. since Rita and Bob, in my personal opinion it has only got worse, as far as management goes.
