We are so beyond disappointed with the customer service at Sun Valley at Florham Park. Over a month ago we noticed a few ants in our apartment. We called maintenance and had put in a work order. When you put in the order they ask if you grant them permission to come into the apartment (we always say no). If you say no, they have to wait for a tenant to be home to complete the request.
