I was recently in the Sun Valley area on vacation with my family. On Day 2 of the vacation I felt a pain in the side of my jaw. The Sun Valley Dental Group was able to see me on a same day basis and quickly diagnosed the issue. Given the nature of the problem, I was given a prescription for some antibiotics and provided some over the counter medication to help alleviate the discomfort. I took advantage of the new patient special and had,an excellent cleaning, the 3 d X-ray showed a possible damaged root which was confirmed with more testing. While a root canal is not fun it was nice to discover before the pain brought me in an emergency setting. I was scheduled for orthopedic surgery the next week so after communicating with my orthopedic doc they fit me in the next day over their lunch to start the root canal.. The entire office is over the top in care and service.
