You made an appointment for me right away when I broke a veneer. Then Dr. Graves made a beautiful repair. Everyone was professional and friendly. Dr. Graves and his assistant were so gentle that I hardly felt a thing and Dr. Graves explained what they were doing with each step. They were very concerned that the tooth look the same as my other teeth. Once again I had a wonderful experience at Fletcher Dental.
Very pleasant experience
I am truly grateful for Fletcher Dental! I was in TN visiting our son at Bethel University, and we tried probably 8 different dentists to try and get me in as I clearly had an infection due to a root canal I had done 2 days prior. They were the ONLY ones willing to “fit me in” and check me out to see how they could give me relief from the extreme pain that I was in! They were kind, helpful and even caring! Quick and easy! The office staff, Dr. Graves, and his dental assistant were extremely pleasant. I didn't even have to wait 5 minutes in the waiting area. This visit was the BEST dental experience I've had for a tooth extraction (including recovery)!

Staff has always been very pleasant and polite. Have had great experiences with Dentist and Duane. They explain very clearly what they are going to do.
The staff there is fantastic!!! To start with, on my latest visit, I had a scheduling conflict and they squeezed me in at a moment's notice. And even though I put them in that position, they didnt act like it was an inconvenience. Everyone there is very friendly and personable and great at their jobs. I've been going there since they opened and will continue to do so. Love that place!!!
The best I have ever been to the front desk ladies were wonderful dental assistant wonderful and Dr Graves is wonderful enjoyed my visit and going back and for me to say I enjoyed a dental visit is saying they are excellent.
