Brilliant display of incompetence. They never gave my husband his caregiver paperwork to fill out even after the doc pointed it out to them. Sent my confirmation email to the wrong email address, sat on my paperwork for 6 days before contacting me about not having my husband's paperwork, faxed his stuff to the wrong number, closed Sundays and Mondays and my card expires on Tuesday. There were 2 patients there for cards and they weren't told one can be a caregiver for the other, they only knew because the gentleman heard me t... read more
my grandma and my aunt went to this place and the doctor was rude to them. the doctor really asked them why they were late no hello no how you doing?but why are you late? my grandma left out early and got there on time. it takes her a while to walk due to pain WHICH SHE WAS COMING TO GET A CARD FOR THE FIRST TIME so she always leaves early and you know what so what if she was late shes an ederly woman with a walker!! my grandma didnt want to say anything to the doctor just pay and leave. my grandma said front desk was a lot ... read more
